Terms of service

1. What the service is

PolySmarter is a read-only research tool. It displays analytics about public prediction-market data alongside the Polymarket page you are already viewing, and calculates hypothetical execution figures for a size you choose.

It performs no trading of any kind. It does not connect to a wallet, hold or transmit funds, take custody of assets, or place, route, execute, modify or cancel any order. It cannot read your Polymarket account, balance, positions, orders or trading history. Every action on Polymarket remains something you take yourself, on Polymarket, under Polymarket's own terms.

2. Not advice

Nothing PolySmarter displays is investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, a probability forecast or a trading signal. Every figure describes public data that already exists. A hypothetical fill is an estimate computed from a snapshot of a public order book, not a quote and not an offer: by the time you act the book has moved, and a large order moves it further.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for any loss arising from them.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use a research tool of this kind where you live. Prediction markets are regulated differently from country to country and some restrict or prohibit them entirely; determining what applies to you is your responsibility, not ours. We may decline or withdraw service where we believe it is required.

4. Your account

Core features work without an account. Signing in is optional and is done through Google; we never see or store your Google password. Keep your account and your licence key to yourself — a licence key is a credential, and anyone holding it can use your subscription. You can revoke and reissue keys from your account at any time. Tell us promptly at web3flyer@gmail.com if you believe a key has been exposed.

5. Licence to use PolySmarter

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use PolySmarter for your own research, for as long as these terms are in force. We keep all rights in the software, the analytics and the presentation.

You agree not to:

• resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the extension or its output as a product of your own;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source beyond what applicable law allows;
• circumvent the Free/Pro boundary, rate limits or any other technical control;
• use automated means to extract data from the service at a scale or rate beyond ordinary personal use;
• use the service unlawfully, or to help anyone else do so.

6. Subscription and payment

Pro is an optional subscription. Prices are shown before you commit and are inclusive of any taxes we are required to state. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never receive your card details.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period — monthly or annual, as chosen — until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account, which takes you to Stripe's billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; Pro remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate the unused part of a period.

Refunds. If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase, subject to the usual limits where digital content has already been supplied with your consent. Outside that, we consider refund requests individually and in good faith — write to web3flyer@gmail.com with your account email and what went wrong. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

We may change prices. An existing subscription keeps its price until the end of the current period, and we will tell you before a changed price applies to a renewal.

7. Availability, coverage and change

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may schedule maintenance.

Coverage is partial and the extension says so. Order books and the trade tape are recorded for a tracked subset of markets. Each part of the panel states its own coverage, sample size and data vintage rather than presenting a thin denominator as a full one. Third-party data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and we do not warrant its accuracy.

8. Ending this agreement

You may stop at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data.

We are not liable for trading losses. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost trading opportunities, lost or inaccurate data, or any indirect or consequential loss. Where we are liable, our total liability for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period and £100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

10. No relationship with Polymarket

PolySmarter by Yield3 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Polymarket. Your use of Polymarket is governed by Polymarket's own terms, which are between you and them.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights we will make it visible before it takes effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or in the EEA, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your home country's law and may bring proceedings there.
